TRAVEL INSURANCE
Once paid, this is non-refundable. Trip insurance is therefore required to protect you from unforeseen circumstances. Please purchase travel insurance on your Ghana and Ivory Coast trips.
TRAVEL NOTES
- Partners are allowed to travel at an additional rate. (Please contact us for more information)
- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Please ensure your passports are up to date.
- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the rare event that the US dollar devalues, Iconic Womanhood reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from any currency devaluation.
- Currently, US Passport holders will require VISA for both Ghana and Ivory Coast.
- If you select the Ivory Coast, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers.
- At check-in, a credit card will be required by the hotel for check-in to cover anticipated room incidentals.
- A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.
- You will have access to our private networking app during the trip to facilitate communication.
TERMS & POLICIES
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments to Refresh with Ekene LLC/Iconic Womanhood are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required.
- Photos and videos will be taken by the company and by others in the group. By participating you are acknowledging and agreeing to a photo and video release for the company to use in promotional materials and on social media.
