Panelists & Coaches

Laura Tshilumba, CPA, HMCC

Laura is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of expertise in U.S. international taxation.

One of Laura's core strengths lies in her ability to advise on global mobility and expatriate tax issues. Her keen insights into these areas enable her to assist individuals in understanding the tax impact of their global footprints, and businesses in managing their international workforces effectively. She provides strategic solutions that align with the ever-evolving tax laws and regulations, allowing clients to optimize their tax positions while ensuring compliance.

Leveraging her CPA background, Laura also brings her expertise to financial coaching by helping BIPOC women entrepreneurs design tax-efficient business structures to legally minimize taxes. She guides them in achieving financial readiness and success, understanding cash flows, and applying tax provisions to their businesses, enabling them to save money and scale sustainably.

Motivated by her own journey to thrive mentally, spiritually, and physically in high-demand environments, Laura became a certified health mindset coach and an integrative health nutrition coach (lovingly known as “Coach LT”). In 2021, she launched her health and wellness business, which later evolved into “Your Now Body, LLC”. This evolution reflects her understanding that just as life has seasons, so do our bodies.

Through Your Now Body, LLC, Laura empowers BIPOC executive women, entrepreneurs, and leaders to implement self-care regimens that help them manage stress, prevent burnout, resulting in enhanced performance, visibility, and leadership opportunities, all while maintaining their mental health and enjoying their cultural foods.

Married with two children, Laura intimately understands the integration of family, career, and wellness, inspiring women to thrive in their "now body."
