Born in Nigeria and educated in Architecture and Environmental Studies at the University of Lagos, she began her career as an architect and project analyst before pivoting toward the art world. Her international experience spans three continents where she has lived, studied, and sold art; from curating at Spitalfields Market in London to building a creative presence in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Kemi has profiled over 250 global artists across social media, offering accessible insights into art as a collectible asset class. She is a sought-after speaker and mentor for small business owners and creative entrepreneurs, particularly in diaspora and immigrant communities. As a first-generation British and now Canadian immigrant, she is passionate about creating cross-cultural creative spaces that foster economic empowerment, identity, and connection through art.
